Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Service Analyst to support Technical Support case review and billing processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze Salesforce Technical Support cases and determine whether work performed is billable.
If billable, the analyst will ensure repair details are accurately documented, priced, and saved as billable cases in Salesforce. The case information must then be transferred into the ERP system (IFS) for invoice processing.
This role requires someone comfortable working with technical subject matter and collaborating with Technical Support teams to validate case interpretations. There is urgency to address a backlog of cases requiring review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Salesforce Technical Support (TS) cases to determine billable eligibility
- Add repair details and pricing for billable cases
- Transfer case details from Salesforce into IFS for invoicing
- Work closely with Technical Support teams to confirm technical interpretation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information
- Manage high volume backlog of cases efficiently
- Apply sound judgment in moderately complex situations
- Modify and improve processes when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce (required)
- Exposure to ERP systems (required)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables preferred)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and terminology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with IFS ERP system
- Previous experience supporting Technical Support teams
- Background in service operations or case management
- Experience reviewing billable service work
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
