About Ease Health

Ease Health is building the AI-native operating system for behavioral health. Today, providers rely on fragmented systems across EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and documentation. This creates operational drag, staff burnout, and lost revenue. Ease consolidates these into a single platform powered by AI.

We’ve raised $41M led by Andreessen Horowitz. We are growing extremely fast, partnering with leading behavioral health organizations across the country, and rapidly expanding both our product and team.

The Role

We’re hiring an EDI Enrollment Specialist to own the enrollment process for Claims, Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), and Eligibility transactions.

You’ll work directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses to move enrollments from submission through approval. You’ll guide clients through payer-specific requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every enrollment is completed accurately and on time.

This is a detail-heavy, client-facing role. Enrollment requirements vary across payers and require careful coordination to navigate. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and follows every request through to resolution.

What you’ll do

  • Own Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from initial submission through approval
  • Guide clients through required forms and setup with clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enrollment questions
  • Coordinate with clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve delays, rejections, and missing information
  • Track enrollment statuses, payer requirements, and supporting documentation across multiple systems
  • Troubleshoot pending or rejected enrollments and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Educate clients on payer-specific requirements, processes, and expected turnaround times
  • Stay current on changing payer and clearinghouse requirements
  • Communicate enrollment updates clearly and proactively to clients and internal teams
  • Help improve the systems and processes we use to manage enrollments at scale

Who you are

  • Experienced with Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments through healthcare clearinghouses
  • Familiar with Availity. Experience with ECHO Health, Payspan, and Zelis is a strong plus
  • Clear communicator. You can turn complex enrollment requirements into simple, actionable guidance for clients
  • Highly organized. You can manage multiple enrollment requests, deadlines, and follow-ups without losing track of the details
  • Proactive problem-solver. You take ownership of issues, follow them through to resolution, and know when to escalate
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented. You understand that small errors can delay enrollment, payment, and client operations
  • Quick learner. You stay current on changing requirements and are motivated to become an expert in the enrollment process
  • Experienced in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or EDI enrollment support. Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred

Why this role

  • Own a critical function that directly affects client revenue and operations
  • Work closely with clients and solve real operational problems
  • Join a fast-growing, well-capitalized company backed by Andreessen Horowitz
  • Work on a platform that makes it easier for behavioral health providers to focus on patient care
