Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Technician – Do you have experience repairing vehicles AND landscape equipment? Looking for stable, year-round work with great pay and benefits? Join our team! We’re a growing landscape company searching for a self-motivated mechanic who can keep our landscape equipment and trucks running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing engines, and working with a great crew, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Be Working On

• Honda Self-Propelled Lawnmowers
• Hustler Tractors (Zero-turn, commercial-grade)
• Stihl Blowers, Chainsaws, Trimmers, and More
• Fleet Vehicles: Isuzu & Hino Box Trucks, F-350s (Gas & Diesel)
• Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to diagnose and repair landscape equipment & fleet vehicles
• Experience with small engines, diesel & gas systems
• Electrical, hydraulic, & mechanical troubleshooting
• Basic computer knowledge to look up manuals and repair guides online
• Welding experience is a plus!

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
