Role: Solar Sales Consultant
Position Overview: Earthlight Technologies is looking to add a Residential Solar Sales Consultant to join our OR sales team. The Residential Solar Sales Consultant will drive Earthlight’s monthly sales performance, work to acquire new customers, and maximize the customer experience. Successful candidates will have outstanding sales & communication skills, a positive attitude, be passionate for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Earnings Potential: $125,000 (uncapped commission)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business to Consumer Outside Sales
- Prospecting for potential leads to generate a pipeline
- Conduct site visits, prepare and present proposals, and close deals
- Maintain sales progress and teamwide communication through the company CRM
- Acting as company liaison with customers on an ongoing basis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred
- 2 years or more of previous solar sales experience or business to consumer sales experience strongly preferred
- In home Sales experience with a high quality, premium product
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills including Office and CRM (Salesforce)
- Passion and drive to succeed
- Flexibility to occasionally work evening and Saturday appointments
