What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Earthco Landscape?
Earthco Landscape is a growing Southern California commercial landscaping and arborist company, and we're looking for an Account Manager to lead our Southern Orange County portfolio. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who knows landscape maintenance operations inside and out and can manage people, client relationships, and day-to-day business operations with equal confidence.
You'll oversee a team of Foremen, Laborers, Irrigators, and Spray Technicians, serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, board members, and homeowners across your portfolio, and report directly to the Vice President.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a multi-layered field team (Foremen, Laborers, Irrigators, Spray Technicians)
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for property managers, HOA board members, and homeowners across your portfolio
- Partner with the Safety Manager to ensure all sites and crews meet safety standards
- Own monthly sales/enhancement goals for your portfolio
- Manage trucks and equipment assigned to your team
- Drive training and professional development for staff at all levels
- Ensure all business operations align with company plans and standards
- Report directly to the Director of Operations on portfolio performance
What you bring
- 5 years of landscape maintenance experience (required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficient computer skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple skill levels
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
