We’re an environmental consulting firm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Bismarck office. If you enjoy variety, independence, and making an impact behind the scenes, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle billing, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice tracking
- Maintain and process employee time sheets accurately and on schedule
- Keep financial records organized and up to date
- Communicate with vendors and clients professionally
- Support front-office tasks: phones, mail, scheduling, and greetings
- Help with project documentation and team coordination
- Pitch in on other admin/accounting tasks as needed
What You Bring:
- Experience with billing, AP/AR, and QuickBooks
- Solid Excel skills and general accounting software know-how
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication and a friendly, professional vibe
- Ability to juggle tasks and work independently
