This is an in-person position based in the greater Indianapolis area and is best suited for someone already embedded in the Indianapolis landscape architecture community. We are only considering local candidates at this time.
Applicants must hold a degree in Landscape Architecture. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
We are a small team and hire intentionally. We are patient in finding the right person and prioritize long-term fit over speed.

The Role
We are looking for a Landscape Designer with 3–5 years of experience who is thoughtful, organized, and motivated to contribute meaningfully to a highly collaborative studio environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative problem solving and the technical side of project execution. You should be comfortable moving between design development, documentation, coordination, and production work across a variety of project types.
We are especially interested in someone who naturally brings tenacity — someone who follows through, stays engaged, and helps move projects forward consistently.
What You’ll Do
• Work on a mix of residential, commercial, and other non-residential projects
• Assist with concept development, site planning, and design detailing
• Produce plans, presentation graphics, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and consultants
• Support project organization, internal coordination, and production flow
• Participate in site visits, field verification, and construction administration
• Contribute to projects that require both creativity and technical precision

Qualifications
• Degree in Landscape Architecture (required)
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Experience working on residential and commercial project types
• Strong graphic, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to contribute to both design and documentation
• Experience producing clear, detailed drawing sets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with construction detailing, coordination, and project workflows
• Proficiency in industry-standard software
