Job Type: Full-time M-F
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour work day
Duties
- Provide quality care and education to all children in our classroom
- Create and carry out creative and educational lesson plans
- Maintain classroom in an orderly manner for safety and cleanliness
- Provide personal cares for children, keeping them clean, healthy and happy
- Serve nutritional food for meals provided
- Complete developmental checklists on all children and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Keep classroom clean and tidy observing all sanitizing procedures
- Ensure daily communication with families about the child's day
- Keep portfolios on each child in your classroom
- Attend monthly mandatory staff meetings
- Complete annual continuing education to met WI licensing requirements.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Lead Teacher qualified
- WI Registry Level 7 preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in childcare
- Full time Monday - Friday
- 8 hour shifts
Nice To Haves
- Fundamentals of Infant Toddler Care certificate or required to enroll in this 50 hour online class upon hire
- 3 or more years of experience
- Experience mentoring other staff
- Abusive Head Trauma Training Certificate
- Current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate
- Current Infant Child CPR with AED Certificate
- First Aid Training Certificate
