What You'll Do:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with developmental milestones.
- Foster a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Collaborate with a teaching team and center leadership.
- Ensure daily routines run smoothly (snack time, naps, diapering/potty training, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with toddlers in a licensed child care setting.
- A patient, playful, and dependable personality.
- Understanding of child development and positive behavior guidance.
- CDA or equivalent early childhood credential preferred.
