Duties
- Supervise and support children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and nap routines for infants and toddlers as needed
- Support classroom management strategies to encourage positive behavior and development
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred
