We are seeking an experienced and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities:
- Operate the Center in compliance with the Texas Minimum Standards
- Effectively Manage staff
- Interact with Parents
- Ensure that the Educational Curriculum is being implemented
- Must be flexible
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare assistant director
- Strong understanding of child development
- Must exhibit a strong level of Professionalism
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified a plus, but can be taken before being in the classroom
