What You’ll Do
- Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
- Support early development through play-based, age-appropriate activities
- Follow consistent routines that promote security and growth
- Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Maintain strong, respectful communication with families
- Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance
- Follow all MN DHS Rule 3 health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred
- Understanding of early childhood development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass required background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- (Higher education in Early Childhood preferred for Lead roles)
Pay is based on experience and education.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid break
