Endless Journey Child Care is looking to hire an Early Childhood Professional!
Job duties for this career include, but are not limited to: Preparing and implementing age appropriate lesson plans, performing parent teacher conferences (twice a year), preparing and sending out monthly newsletters, administering medications, communicating with parents about a child's day, maintaining organization throughout the classroom, etc.

As an Assistant Director you would help provide a caring child care program for the children, parents and staff. You would also assist with monitoring staff scheduling, monthly newsletters, and creating lesson plans using the Teaching Strategies Program. You will collaborate with the owner and director to meet the needs of our families and staff.
We also put on numerous events for families and staff throughout the year, such as a get-together at Florence Park, Holiday Christmas Program, among other things!
As a staff member at Endless Journey Child Care, you will also earn paid holidays and paid time off, along with an option to sign up for an IRA, with a 3% match for your retirement!
Great Start Compensation bonuses are earned based on your work attendance. These usually come out monthly for the employees.

Job Type: Full-time (Ability to work 40 hours, five days a week, 8:30 - 5:30 or 9:00 to 6:00 PM )
Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour, depending on qualifications.
