As a Substitute Teacher, you'll step into classrooms to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children when regular staff are unavailable. Every day offers a new opportunity to support children, build experience, and make a difference.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Support daily classroom routines, including play, meals, naps, and outdoor activities.
- Lead or assist with age-appropriate learning experiences and activities.
- Follow lesson plans and classroom schedules provided by the teaching team.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and program policies.
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, flexible, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to different classroom settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children is helpful but not required.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Must be 18
- Must have GED or High School Diploma
