About the Program:
Career Cultivator is an innovative, in-person training program that prepares you to become a qualified early educator in just 10 weeks. Learn from experienced mentors, gain hands-on classroom experience, and earn the credentials you need to start your career in early childhood education.
What You’ll Get:
- Generous weekly stipend potential bonuses

- 6 college credits (through NHTI) upon completion
- 3 credits: Child Development
- 3 credits: Health, Safety & Nutrition
- Opportunity to earn 3 additional credits with support after completion
- Hands-on experience with children (infants through preschool)
- Childcare provided for your 3 weekly in-person training days
Program Structure:
- 3 days/week — in-person learning (stipend-paid)
- 1-2 days/week — substituting in a local childcare center (Upper Valley)
- Up to 5 days/week employment opportunities available
- Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
- Commitment to the full 10-week program
- Serious interest in early childhood education
- Reliable car for travel to training and work sites
