Early Bird Brunch is opening our brand-new Sioux Falls location and we are looking for Bartenders and Servers to join our team! We are looking for energetic, positive team members who love creating great guest experiences and working in a high-energy environment.
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. This role requires a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Server/Bartender Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude
- Provide friendly and engaging service to every guest
- Have knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and resolve any issues quickly
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Prepare checks and ensure accurate billing
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bussers, and other team members to provide excellent service
- Assist with food preparation or restaurant needs when necessary
Server/Bartender Requirements:
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to accurately handle money and operate a POS system
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver excellent service
Schedule:
- Open Monday–Sunday | 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Must be available to work weekends
