Ear Works Audiology is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Dispensing Audiologist to join our growing team. For over 25 years, Ear Works Audiology has been dedicated to providing exceptional hearing healthcare throughout Long Island, combining evidence-based clinical practices with the latest advancements in hearing technology. Office locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
As a Dispensing Audiologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients improve their quality of life through comprehensive hearing care, hearing aid fittings, counseling, and ongoing support. You will work alongside a collaborative team of Doctors of Audiology committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct hearing aid consultations and recommendations
Fit, program and troubleshoot hearing devices using best-practice standards
Provide patient counseling and education
Perform follow-up care, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout the hearing healthcare journey
Qualifications
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree preferred
New York State Audiology License (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Experience with hearing aid technology and dispensing preferred
