Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and billing contracts, managing vendor purchase orders, Assisting sales personnel, service technicians and customers.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATIVE:
· Properly enter information for incoming service requests
· Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
· Build, submit and receive purchase orders
· Maintain accurate inventory count
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
· Promptly and courteously answer all phone calls and take appropriate follow up action
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues
· Report customer concerns to Service Management
MISCELLANEOUS:
· Accurately perform general administration duties
· Maintain work area in a neat, orderly manner
OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
Qualifications:Qualifications
· 1-year general office experience preferred.
· Purchasing experience helpful – Will Train
· Accounting experience helpful – Will Train
