The Executive Support Manager is a trusted partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team, helping drive alignment, execution, and communication across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination for executive priorities—ensuring initiatives move forward, decisions are supported, and leadership stays focused on what matters most. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the President and Executive Leadership Team to support strategic priorities and daily operations
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and materials to support decision-making
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up on action items
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
- Serve as a liaison to improve communication and alignment across departments
- Manage executive calendars and help prioritize time effectively
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Prepare and maintain Board of Directors and Shareholder materials, including agendas and minutes
- Develop reports, spreadsheets, and analyses to support planning and operations
- Support organization-wide projects and special initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive effectiveness
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
- Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple leaders, teams, or departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- High degree of discretion, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, think proactively, and anticipate leadership needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Prior supervisory or leadership support experience is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
