• Leading and developing production teams
• Monitoring daily output and quality targets
• Coordinating schedules and staffing levels
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures
• Training new employees as departments grow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving production environment
• Knowledge of plastics, automotive, or similar processes is a plus
