📍 Position: Field Supervisor (Night Shift)Location: San Diego, CAType: Full-Time
Shift Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (2100–0500)
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr Armed supervisors encouraged to apply! (Based on experience, qualifications and licenses)
✅ Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry (required)
No Supervisor experiance needed.Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
Firearm permit and own weapon for armed candidates (required for armed rate)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Must be fluent in English – written and verbal
🔐 Core Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Manage night operations across assigned client sites in the absence of daytime leadership
Performance Evaluations: Conduct field evaluations, check post activity, and ensure officers are performing to standard
Training & Mentoring: Train officers on post duties, client expectations, and company protocols
Post Checks: Coordinate with dispatch to conduct timely and thorough post checks throughout the shift
Shift Coverage Support: Respond to call-offs and ensure shift coverage with support from the dispatch team
Client Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact overnight; escalate client concerns as needed
Report Writing: Provide detailed shift reports, incident documentation, and officer evaluations
Post Support: Occasionally stand post when open shifts cannot be immediately covered
