đź”’ Key Responsibilities:Maintain a strong security presence inside a high-volume retail store
Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activity
Entrance security for high-visibility loss prevention
Deter theft through professional engagement and observation
Support store management during incidents or emergencies
Complete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveries
Monitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss-prevention policies
Work closely with retail staff to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
Respond quickly and professionally to high-risk situations
âś… Requirements:Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
Own a black suit and back tie (Required)
A working smartphone with data
Reliable transportation to and from the site
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
Excellent situational awareness and ability to remain alert
Experience in retail loss prevention or security preferred, but not required
Ability to observe discreetly without confrontation unless authorized
