We are seeking a proactive Associate Technical Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of after-sales technical support, ensuring seamless communication between customers, technical teams, and sales departments. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction by managing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and respond to customer service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Work with internal teams to obtain technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and solutions for customer-reported issues.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers, including requesting quotes, comparing pricing, and scheduling on-site service based on internal guidance.
- Identify and onboard new service providers, and support the evaluation of existing providers.
- Visit customers as needed to collect feedback, understand service issues, and follow up with internal teams on improvement actions.
- Support the daily management of backup units and spare parts in the North America spare parts warehouse.
- Coordinate the shipment of parts, materials, or backup equipment to customers or service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of power systems and high-voltage equipment.
- Familiarity with renewable energy, photovoltaic systems, and transformers is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office, is required.
Salary Range: $54,000 – $75,000 per year
