Job Summary
We have had the Cleaning contract for this Client of CARMAX for 18 years. We are in need of one Cleaner or Cleaning Company to service this account.

Monday-Friday 7am-12pm
Saturday- 8am-1pm

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during morning hours
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and replenishing supplies
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are met
- Maintain facilities by performing custodial tasks like window washing and light maintenance or reporting issues promptly
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently following established protocols
- Support additional maintenance or porter duties as needed to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the premises
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing to enhance surface longevity and appearance
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance standards
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks during morning shifts
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Prior experience in residential painting or porter roles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn new skills is valued
