We are looking for: Sales Development Representative
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on outbound outreach, and wants to grow into a full-cycle sales role.
You will work directly with the Director of Sales, supporting outbound prospecting efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with key sales initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to becoming a Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Research and target companies that fit Eagle Wireless’ ideal customer profile
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Director of Sales
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate closely with leadership on go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Learn and develop sales skills with the goal of progressing into a Sales Manager role
Required qualifications:
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of motivation, coachability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
