We are looking for: Product Solutions Specialist — IoT
As a Product Solutions Specialist for IoT, you are the technical and commercial bridge between Eagle's IoT module portfolio and the customers who build products on top of it. You will work closely with field sales, FAEs, and product teams to drive design-wins, accelerate customer evaluations, and ensure Eagle's IoT modules are specified into products across industries such as telematics, utilities, healthcare, asset tracking, and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical sales motion for Eagle's IoT cellular module portfolio (Cat-M, Cat 1 bis, Cat 1, Cat 4, 5G), supporting customers from initial inquiry through design-in
- Conduct technical discovery with customers to understand their connectivity requirements, and match them to the appropriate Eagle module
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations to OEMs, system integrators, and distributors
- Collaborate with FAEs to support customer integration and qualification activities
- Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence the IoT roadmap
- Track design-win opportunities in CRM and maintain pipeline accuracy
- Support the development of IoT application notes, solution briefs, and vertical market collateral
- Stay current on cellular standards (LTE-M, NB-IoT, Cat 1 bis, 5G) and competitive module offerings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in a technical sales, product specialist, or FAE role within the IoT or wireless semiconductor space
- Familiarity with LPWA, LTE, 5G and NTN cellular standards and their use cases
- Experience interfacing with hardware and firmware development teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with both executive and engineer audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cellular module products (Quectel, Sierra Wireless, u-blox, Telit, or similar)
- Understanding of carrier certification requirements (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) and how they affect customer product qualification
- Familiarity with IoT platforms, SIM/eSIM (including SGP.02 and SGP.32), and connectivity management
- Knowledge of US supply chain regulatory requirements (e.g., NDAA, Buy America, non-PRC sourcing)
