What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) position at Eagle Vision One?
Looking to build our team of Patient Care Coordinators. We are a busy and growing Optometry practice. No experience is required but always a bonus.
Looking for a candidate that is great at customer service, computer skills, organization, time management, critical thinking, and ability to multitask. Only full time positions available (M-F 40 hr/wk). Locations in Eagle, Meridian, and soon to be Star.
Job duties would include:
- Checking in patients
- Scheduling
- Multiline phone system as well as online portals for patient communication
- Working with and understanding of medical and vison insurance
- Working with records, referrals, and faxes
- Medical triaging
- Inventory
- Team tasks
- Dispensing contact lenses
- Future cross training ability across some or all departments
