Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at Eagle Travel Center. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service
- Maintain inventory
- Operate the cash register, and process transactions accurately
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.
Skills
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in retail sales is Highly preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
