Role Descrng>iption The Water Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL, responsible for supporting water,mold, and fire restoration and related services. Daily tasks include assessing water damage, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, performing water extraction, and associated tasks. The role involves maintaining and cleaning restoration tools and equipment, documenting job progress, and following safety and industry standards, including IICRC guidelines. The Water Technician collaborates closely with team members, communicates with customers on-site in a professional manner, and helps ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Water damage to support effective restoration and mitigation activities.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors, and to document work clearly.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in restoration, construction, or related trades; familiarity with IICRC standards; and knowledge of safety practices for water and mold remediation.
- Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, clean background, ability to lift and move equipment and materials, willingness to work flexible hours (including some evenings or weekends)
