Receptionist / Scheduler

Position Summary
Eagle Pro Services is seeking a professional, high-energy Receptionist / Scheduler to manage incoming calls and schedule service appointments. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in daily operations and customer experience.
This position focuses strictly on answering calls, gathering basic job information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Training on our systems will be provided in-house.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Gather and document basic job details accurately
- Enter call notes and appointments into our CRM
- Communicate clearly with operations and field staff
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Experience in a service-based or construction-related role is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
Work Location
- Remote or hybrid (1–2 days per week in office, Gainesville, GA)
- Remote candidates must have a computer, microphone or headset, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
