About the Role
The Elementary Principal provides leadership, supervision, and administration to manage the school in a way that promotes the educational development
of each student. This role includes serving as an instructional leader, supervising and evaluating licensed and classified staff, supporting student performance,
overseeing building operations, coordinating budgets and resources, and maintaining effective communication with staff, families, and the community.
The successful candidate will help organize the school to fulfill the district's vision and mission for student success, ensure safe and effective school operations,
and support high-quality instruction in every classroom. This position also plays a key role in team development, student discipline systems, public relations,
and community partnerships.
Who We're Looking For
Applicants must have at least three years of teaching experience at the appropriate level and hold an appropriate Oregon Administrative Credential.
We are seeking a leader with strong communication and organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
with students, staff, families, and the public.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to instructional excellence, staff development, student support, and collaborative problem-solving.
The ability to communicate a clear vision, manage school operations effectively, and lead with professionalism and integrity is essential.

Position Title: Elementary Principal - Starting 2026-2027 School Year
Placement: Table Rock Elementary, White City, Oregon
Supervisor: Director or Designee
Contract Days: 220 days per year to begin July 2026
Salary Range: $122,331-$144,590 per year. Includes additional travel and cell phone stipend. Salary placement will depend on verified full-time experience.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin in August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
