About the Role
This position requires an Oregon Teaching License with an endorsement in any specialty subject K-12 or the ability to obtain before the start date.
Candidates should be able to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment in a virtual and blended setting, with strong classroom management
and instructional skills aligned with district and state learning standards. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to effectively instruct
students across multiple grade levels.
Applicants must be willing to collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.

Position Title: Alternative Ed Teacher
Placement: URCEO, Eagle Point, Oregon
Supervisor: Principal or Designee
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master\'s Stipend of $2,327. Salary placement will be dependent upon verified full-time experience and Master\'s level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
