We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing necessary resources and information
- Assist with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes (CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Account management experience is desirable
