Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately process orders using the Aloha POS system for efficient service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the food service environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu offerings is a plus.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
