Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for performing all necessary duties as follows; 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery and or pick-up according to schedule. 
2. Move materials within the warehouse to facilitate production.
3. Maintains inventory of the Eagle Mountain Casino warehouse.
4. Maintains all necessary documents and records of all orders and deliveries.
5. Conducts physical inventory of received merchandise, as well as supplies and equipment.
6. Communicate and collaborate with Team Members and vendors.
7. Perform clerical duties, including computer data entry and be required to use inventory software.
8. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklift and pallet jack).
9. Follow existing policies and procedures, all applicable laws, and safety regulations when driving company owned vehicle.
10. Moves, loads, and unloads materials to and from Eagle Mountain Casino.
11. Inspects vehicle daily according to checklist and ensures vehicle is clean and fueled daily, as well as serviced according to schedule.
12. All other departmental duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

1. 1. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
   2. High school diploma or equivalent
   3. Must possess a valid driver’s license, and be insurable through the casino’s insurance carrier.
   4. One (1) year experience in warehousing, storage, distribution, inventory, or production.
   5. Must have knowledge of inventory and record keeping methods.
   6. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
   7. Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn and use an inventory software system.
   8. Knowledge of office equipment including copier, fax, etc.
   9. Must be able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission. 

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL: 

1. 1. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.
   2. Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
   3. Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
   4. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
   5. Must be able to perform in outdoor environments with frequent exposure to unpredictable weather conditions including heat, rain, cold and wind.
   6. The noise level is usually moderate, increasing to loud when on the casino floor.
   7. Exposed to cigarette smoke, and loud noise when on the casino floor.
   8. Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. 

Salary : $19 - $22
