Office Assistant

Established local company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support

daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • QuickBooks Desktop data entry
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • Filing and record keeping
  • General administrative support

Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks Desktop experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Position:

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Competitive pay based on experience.
