Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time showroom consultant/receptionist to join our Bainbridge Island location. We also would like to give our employees opportunity to advance in the company by working up to possible sales positions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Support sales efforts through product demonstrations.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Organizing deliveries and managing inventory.
- Occasionally lifting heavy boxes.
Qualifications
- Experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and effectively in English.
- A professional appearance and presentation!
- Experience in sales or home design, preferred but not required.
