Position Overview:
The Inspections Compliance and Contracts Administrator supports the Inspections Department by submitting inspection and service reports to third-party Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) portals, maintaining customer and AHJ information, entering contract data, and assisting with inspections billing. This hourly position reports to the Inspections Administration Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Review inspection reports associated with service tickets for all inspection contract types and submit them to the appropriate third-party AHJ portals.
Add and update current and new customer information in Fire Marshal Maintenance and keep AHJ requirements current.
Enter corrected discrepancies into the appropriate AHJ portals to complete reports.
Assist with inspections billing and special projects supporting the Inspections Team and new acquisitions.
Review Salesforce approvals and enter contract data.
Handle each transaction in a manner that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.
Complete continuing education necessary to maintain certifications and/or licenses required for the position.
Use sound judgment and follow all Company safety policies and work procedures, including exercising the authority to stop unsafe acts.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
Five or more years of office or management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, identify priorities, and set and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to change, resolve conflicts, and solve problems with minimal direction.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional programs and applicable database programs.
Willingness and ability to complete occasional regional travel and periodic overnight travel as required.
Additional Requirements:
Maintain compliance with the Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standards.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
