What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Service Representative position at Eagle Federal Credit Union?
Eagle Federal Credit Union has a full-time position open for a Member Service Representative (MSR) at our branch in Arabi, LA.
General responsibilities for the MSR position include opening accounts, originating loan applications, assisting members with our products and services, processing member transactions, and assisting members via incoming calls. Our MSRs work directly with members to determine products that best suit their needs, and process services and monetary transactions for new and existing members.
Successful candidates will have two to three years of MSR experience with working knowledge of regulatory guidelines that pertain to opening accounts, taking loan applications, teller transactions, and BSA.
