What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Eagle Federal Credit Union?
Outgoing person with strong written, verbal and sales skills needed to work in a busy credit union call center.
General Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Members with questions or problems concerning their accounts
- Offering additional credit union products
- Completing initial loan interview and application
Working knowledge of financial services and loan application preferred. Must be able to type 35 wpm and have a pleasant & professional speaking voice.
