WWTP Tank Lining Technician / Laborer
Eagle Eye Industrial Coatings – Ohio-Based (50% Travel Required)
We’re hiring tough, dependable people to join our traveling crews that reline and protect wastewater treatment tanks across the East Coast.
Job Description
Abrasive blast & ultra-high-pressure water blast (10k–40k psi)
Surface prep, containment setup, and spill prevention
Apply high-performance linings (epoxies, polyurethanes, vinyl esters) by spray, brush & roll
Work inside digesters, clarifiers, aeration tanks, and lift stations
Daily rigging, confined-space entry, and heights work (full training provided)
Requirements
Must be willing and able to travel 100% (home most weekends, some week-long jobs)
Comfortable in full PPE and supplied-air respirators all day
Reliable transportation and clean background/drug screen
Previous blasting, painting, industrial labor, or WWTP experience a plus
Plural Component Spray Experience is a plus.
Pay & Benefits
$18–$30/hr base (experience-based)
Time-and-a-half overtime (50–60 hrs common)
Prevailing Wage Work Available
Weekly pay direct deposit
Hotel paid fast raises for performance
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
