Job Overview
The General Labor role is a multifaceted skilled trades position responsible for supporting multiple departments. Duties include cleaning, inspecting, equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, welding, and non-CDL driving. Employees will progress through structured levels with increasing autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility.
Job Type & Schedule
- Full-time, hourly Core hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime, weekend, and emergency call-ins as needed. Work performed in both shop and field environments
Key Responsibilities
General Labor I is an entry-level position focused on cleaning, inspections, preventive maintenance, and assisting with shop and yard organization.
- Clean and inspect tanks, containers, and rental equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance procedures
- Assist with staging, deliveries, and shop/yard organization
- Follow all SOPs and safety policies (confined space, PPE, hazard reporting)
- Document completed work using company tablet/work order system
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
