    What You'll Do:


    Accounting & Payroll

    • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time through our ERP system.
    • Review employee expense reports and reconcile expenses against company credit card transactions.


    Accounts Payable

    • Set up new vendors in the ERP system, including W-9 documentation.
    • Process approved service and product invoices.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
    • Assist with weekly payment processing and vendor account maintenance


    Accounts Receivable

    • Set up new customers in the ERP system, including tax exemption documentation.
    • Assist with customer invoicing and monthly statement distribution.
    • Process customer payments received via credit card, ACH, and check.
    • Support collection and account reconciliation activities as needed.


    Office Administration & Reception

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming calls.
    • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
    • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate office purchases.
    • Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and general office operations.


    E-Commerce & Administrative Support

    • Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist various departments with administrative projects and reporting.
    • Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned.


    What We're Looking For


    Required Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or a related financial role.
    • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
    • Experience processing payroll.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working within an ERP system.
    • Experience supporting e-commerce order processing.
    • Previous receptionist, office administration, or customer service experience.
    • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

    Work Environment


    This is a full-time, in-office position located at our headquarters in Mequon, Wisconsin. Regular on-site attendance is required to support daily accounting, reception, and office operations.
