This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH for a Project Expeditor – Trade Show Exhibits. The selected candidate will coordinate and manage the flow of materials, resources, and information related to trade show exhibits, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics management, inspection of received items, and supporting the project's overall success. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation
- Strong Project Management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities
- Attention to detail with expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the trade show or event management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to project coordination is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in project management or logistics preferred
