ROLE SUMMARY:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employee hours, deductions, and benefits are properly recorded.
- Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data tomaintainaccountspayable records.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and ensure accuracy of financial documents for auditing and tax purposes.
- Prevent overpayments, clarify questionable invoice items, and assemble invoices for payment.
- Prepare vouchers with invoice details, input daily bookkeeping, and work in accounting systems such as SAP.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, create requisitions, field candidate inquiries, and manage walk-ins.
- Attend career fairs,establishrelationships with colleges and high schools, andfacilitateorientation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department leaders to update job descriptions and training materials.
- Perform other duties andprojects asassigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degreeand/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of3yearsofrelevant experience inpayroll, Human resourcespreferred.
- Prior experience with HRIS and payroll system, ADP preferred.
- Strongcustomer serviceskills
