Lead Housekeeper

Full-Time: This position will work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) primarily at the Onalaska facility but may rotate to the Holmen campus.

Lead Housekeeper

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Housekeeper to join the team at Eagle Crest North. In addition to the Housekeeping duties, the Lead is responsible for assisting with supervision of housekeeping staff, including but not limited to scheduling, supplies inventory, training new housekeepers, and audits.

What You'll Do

• Perform a wide variety of tasks to keep our building clean, sanitary and in excellent condition
• Cleaning duties include: mopping, dusting, vacuuming and more
• Assist in the turnover of empty apartments
• Schedule housekeeping staff and duties
• Ensure proper inventory of housekeeping supplies is maintained and order when needed
• Train housekeepers, audit competencies, and perform periodic inspections
• Assist at locations in Holmen and La Crosse, WI occasionally
  
  

What You'll Need

• Exceptional attention to detail and be able to maintain a high standard of quality and cleanliness while working efficiently
• Provide great customer service, work well independently as well as on a team
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus, but not required-we will train the right fit for our team!
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  
  

Our Wages

• Our starting rate is $18.00-20.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.

• Starting hourly wage between $18.00 and 20.50 , based on experience and qualifications
• We'll review your wages at 100 days - we pay more for high performance!
