What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Eagle Contracting LLC?
*Job Overview*
We prefer a skilled Installers, but we will train motivated candidate, to join our team for seasonal work. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Background check may be required for some jobs. We have added bathroom remodels, indoor painting, drywall installation, shed building, garage building, demo work, roofing, gutter work and decks in addition to installing fences. *Responsibilities*
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation
- Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, and chain-link
- Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
- Assemble gates and secure fencing
- Repair and replace damaged fences as needed
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
*Skills*
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting and manual labor, at least 80 lbs.
- Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in carpentry
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus
- Understanding of frame carpentry techniques
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Basic plumbing work
- Painting

- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to read basic building plans
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
