Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist with residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities by regularly emptying trash bins, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Act as a porter when required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of cleaning products and their appropriate usage is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is essential.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
