Key Responsibilities
- Strictly follow detailed daily cleaning checklists to ensure every room, facility, and task meets company quality standards.
- Work as part of a crew to clean and sanitize commercial buildings, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Wear company-provided T-shirt/uniform while on shift.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub flooring surfaces according to checklist requirements.
- Dust furniture, light fixtures, ledges, and window sills thoroughly.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Restock paper goods, maintain supply closets, and verify all checklist items are signed off before shift completion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Checklist-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Ability to strictly follow step-by-step checklists without skipping steps or cutting corners.
- Experience: Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we will train candidates who possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Punctual, accountable, and possess reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
- Team Mindset: Willingness to collaborate, communicate positively, and help teammates complete the shift checklist.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35–50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a standard background check.
