Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Conway, AR, for a Mortgage Loan Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing loan applications, verifying financial and credit information, liaising with underwriters and clients, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You will work closely with mortgage officers, underwriters, and other team members to provide a smooth and efficient loan process for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
- Proficiency in Loan Processing, including document preparation and data accuracy
- Understanding of Underwriting and related loan approval processes
- Strong expertise with Loans and financial documentation workflows
